Remembered allergies and she was attentive. Britannia, Magna. A real professional server! Felicia, waitress at the small pool. She always seemed to be there when we were ready for another beverage. Christopher and Jessie at the Martini bar. They were friendly and hard workers. The bar could get quite busy and they always made sure to acknowledge each guest even if it would be a few minutes before they could take their order. Kenira, hostess at the breakfast buffet. She remembered us each morning and made us feel welcome. All of the staff in the Club Lounge were helpful and friendly. Overall we really enjoyed our 3rd stay at Excellence Oyster Bay!"
