"This place is in a beautiful location surrounded by nature; it's a place to rest and relax. The staff are incredibly attentive and always ready to help. The restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast is superb. The rooms or cabins facing the pools are very convenient; we enjoyed them immensely. The beds and cleanliness are very good, although there was a slight dampness in the room and bathroom. Our stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely return. I recommend staying at least two nights to truly enjoy the place."

"Staff was friendly. Included breakfast was good. Room was clean. Lunch and dinner was good but expensive. It was noisy at night. Guests laughing speaking loudly, doors opening and closing late, and planes flying very low. Had to wear ear plugs to drown out most of the noise. The grounds were beautiful and the animals were beautiful and entertaining."

"Clean rooms and hallways. Only 2 floors. Two elevators side by side and long hallways - could be a maze or long walks for some. Friendly staff, restaurant open until late and easy access to other vendors from the airport."
