Everything about the stay was perfect. The facility looked brand new, and the staff were exceptionally helpful, often going above and beyond their responsibilities. The location is extremely convenient, taking less than 8 minutes to reach the airport at any time of day. Please note that there is no direct access to the hotel from the highway, which made my first arrival a bit confusing. However, once familiarized with the area, getting to the property is very easy. For future guests, I recommend not relying strictly on Google Maps or Waze, as they tend to navigate toward the highway. Instead, setting the destination point slightly to the next street uphill provides the best route.

We stayed only a few hours before catching a flight at the airport. The location is right off the collector road. Room and bed were comfortable. The highway was a bit noisy but fine with earplugs.

Si van a estar por unas horas en Quito y subir es cansado y costoso.. este sitio cubre todo expectativa.. cómodo mobiliario en buen estado limpio y amplio.. en otros hoteles sobre pagas para cumplir el mismo objetivo.. esperemos los huéspedes futuros lo cuiden y los dueños lo sepan matener

Esta propiedad es nueva, entonces todo esta reluciente, limpio, ordenado y de buen aroma. Recomiendo este lugar para pasar una noche o varias según tu necesidad de estar cerca al aeropuerto, además tienen servicio de transporte del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa entonces es perfecto, Si son del extranjero pueden pedir a alguien en el aeropuerto que les ayude para llamar al hotel para pedir el servicio de transporte o descargar whatsapp, agregar el número del hotel y realizar la llamada través de Whatsapp recuerden que eso consume megas/datos/internet así que conectados al wifi del aeropuerto les puede ayudar si no tienen servicio de internet. Las personas que atienden son muy amables y serviciales, lo que se espera de las personas que viven en Ecuador. Excelente lugar espero siga mejorando!

Jose el señor conductor es muy amable, la chica que trabaja allá es muy amable, el desayuno esta bien. Como es un hotel nuevo le faltan amenidades como secador de pelo y conexión para el televisor.
