"If you are like me and stay Marriott- This place is just as good if not better! Excellent staff, free parking/free breakfast/free stay over/free beer even! Clean, safe, secure, fancy Red Raider Jesus Christ supporting establishment. I was actually shocked as I’d never booked with this chain prior. Staff were amazingly nice and rooms were very clean and upgraded to my taste. Great breakfast and free happy hour beers and wings made this place my permanent new place here @ Lubbock. Wow super place all the way around."

"I stayed at this place a few years ago and it’s nothing like how it was before. I was so disappointed. The elevators smelled so bad I literally had to cover my nose. The room was dirty, one of the pillows cases had some sort of brown stuff on it. The couch was disgusting, visible stains everywhere. If I could post pictures i would. Will never stay there again."

"The hotel mouth wash bottle was 1/2 empty and the seal was broken - meaning that housekeeping did not replace it when they cleaned from the previous person who rented that room. "
