The housing is exactly as listed...a farmhouse far from the road. It was comfy, it was cozy. It didn't have the frills some would like to see in a stay but it was perfect for my wife and me. You wont find as much for so little anywhere near Caprock."

"The bathroom and floor needed more attention by the cleaning staff. The beds were comfortable and seemed clean. The air conditioning worked fine. We were without hot water for about 24 hours but they did finally get it fixed. The pool and gym looked clean and well maintained but we didn’t use them. The laundry room was small and always in use. The maid took our towels and trash one day, but hadn’t restocked by 3:30 pm, which was inconvenient."

"Fantastic place to stay! Excellent location to Caprock Canyon State Park. House was very comfortable and clean. Stayed with another couple. Loved the swing on the large covered porch. Great kitchen for making our own meals. Popped popcorn and relaxed by the fireplace to end the day. Thoroughly enjoyed!!"
