"The location was great - next to a great brewery and bakery and close to Texas Tech. The neighborhood was quiet. The room was well laid out and had everything we needed. Bed was a bit soft, but otherwise great."

"This was a greats find, but they are new and still working out the kinks. The main bathroom and second bedroom door do not close, this isn’t a huge deal, but the on-suite bathroom shower had no pressure. After a long day of travel, this was so disappointing. "This property was clean and, easy to access. The communication was easy and accurate with the owner. It is not in the most desirable part of town! We would have really loved it to have a fan in the bedrooms, as we had a hard time getting the rooms cool on the evening of arrival.There is not an ice maker, so please prepare for that....We did use the pool one afternoon and it was filthy. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay and the actual unit was very clean."
