The property looked just like the pictures, was clean, and easy to find. It was right off the freeway so it was a little noisy in one of the rooms at night but it was manageable.

Spent 2 days trying to get a code for this place. Upon arrival code did not work. Spent more time trying to figure it out, finally had to go up to supervisor who informed me there was a problem with the keypad and they would reset the number. Arrived about 5:30 pm finally able to access unit about 8pm! Will stick with VRBO from now on!

I did not initially find the email with the door code, but when I did find it, the code did not work. Only after I was on the phone with Expedia for more than an hour and they gave me the same code did I decide to find another hotel and checked in with my cat. When I finally settled in, I discovered a text telling me that the code had been changed. I had been driving all day and did not find that text. The location of the property is right next to I40. As I never got inside, I cannot comment on the quality of the property. But I will never book a property without a front desk after this experience. I had no phone number to call Expedia was no help. Perhaps if I had discovered the text message sent 2 hours before I was scheduled to arrive I might have succeeded in checking in.

Got in late and our code didn’t work, but one quick text and we were in. Super cute, cozy apartment. Was the perfect place for my daughter and I to stay during our road trip! Thank you for the memories!!!
