DETAILS: The Sanctuary is a south-of-30A, 3-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Rosemary Beach home that sleeps 14. Guests will love the short walk to the beach, the home’s wide wrap-around balcony, and the private courtyard that includes a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, and pool.

Guests enter into an open living, dining, and kitchen area with exposed timber ceiling beams, a tile floor, and a refined coastal aesthetic. A white and bright gourmet kitchen has premium appliances, a Thermador 4-burner gas range with a griddle, and gorgeous Calcutta marble countertops that lead to an adjacent butler’s pantry with additional storage. Windows and French doors wrap around the living and dining area, filling the space with natural light. A bedroom is tucked off the living area. Guests can recline on a wraparound sofa and watch TV, and enjoy music on the SONOS sound system. Guests will love this private oasis! They can relax in the shade of a covered porch or step down to a landscaped courtyard. A stone walkway connects a dining area to a luxurious outdoor kitchen with a marble counter, a gas grill, 2 gas cooktops, and a stand-alone ice maker.

On the home’s second floor, a primary and a guest bedroom enjoy private access to a wraparound balcony with views of the courtyard and surrounding Rosemary Beach. Guests who need to combine work with their time at the beach have 2 built-in desks off the laundry room to choose from.

We had such a fantastic vacation here! The home was truly so beautiful and had everything we needed for a large family. The bunk room was awesome and so cozy, and we loved the open feel of the whole home! The location was excellent, in the heart of the town with the beach just minutes away! We loved the pool too! We will definitely be back.
