Victoria at reception was very helpful, although guests should be aware of limited hours reception is open - it is closed from 1:00 pm to 5:00 - although check-in is at 2:00. I arrived at 11:30 and waited in lobby, with no access to restroom or restaurant until my room was ready at 2:00. The room was triple, tight fit, but clean and with balcony - but no seating.

Hotel is in a great area, close to shops and good restaurants. Didn’t know that hotel offer no parking but there are other parking facilities close to hotel. Hotel breakfast is expensive and service was not great.

Give this hotel a pass.
Hard to say much nice about the hotel other than it was clean and location was good. Parking off site but adequate. Advertised 24 desk - NO. Reception only open limited hours. Could not check in until 5. Young nice woman but not professional at check in. They say they’re renovating reception but it appears that’s an ongoing matter. Only a desk and a bench. Not really a reception. Very noisy. Could hear neighbours sneeze, talk and TV’s from all sides. Needed ear plugs to sleep. Two paper glasses provided which melted within minutes. Two hard pillows. Rough sheets. Aircon worked but loud. No shelf space in bathroom and shower left bathroom floor all wet. Very small room. I’d be ok with hotel and room but it was expensive- 125 Euros. Go elsewhere

Needs clearer hours of operation
Everything would have been perfect about this hotel if the reception desk was open all day. I arrived at 1:30 to a sign that said reception was only open from 8am to 1pm and 5pm to 9pm. This means that I and other guests had to wait over 3 hours to check into the hotel when the website says check in is after 1pm. Very frustrating.

I emailed the hotel weeks before our stay about parking the car at the hotel car park. They never replied. The lady at reception had no idea how much parking was at the car park they recommended. This must surely be a question they are asked on a regular basis. They could not get our safe to work so I had to carry our cash with us. However, the room was good, if a little business-like, and the bathroom was excellent and looked new. Location was good and not too far from the Old Town.

Friendly staff. Clean room and comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Breakfast was just okay. One of the days there was virtually no choice of breakfast to eat and it was not replaced. Disappointing breakfast.

1 No record of my parking reservation...although confirmed. 2 Tried to give me a room with no windows. 3 Booked 2 rooms. Safe unusable in both. Could not be repaired. 4 No towels in one room. 5 Telephone not working in 1 room. 6 Manager not contactable..."because he only works Monday to Friday lunchtime. 7 Discount refused point blank. Plenty of hotels in Pamplona. Stay elsewhere.

3 night city break
The room was spacious located on a corner with a small balcony overlooking the main road and a side road. We were not unduly disturbed by traffic noise. The room and bathroom looked to have been refurbished in the last few years and l was still looking fresh and modern. The safe located in the room was very useful. We had breakfast which was ok but once they ran out of something it was unlikely to get replaced so if you turn up near the end choice may be limited and staff started packing up as soon as it got to 10 O'clock. If you require a car parking space the hotel has a few in a nearby secure garage for 12.50 a day but it is best to contact the hotel to book in advance, we checked in fairly early and got the last one! Hotel is convenient for city centre and the Cuidadela.

3 Caminos Needed a Break
We came off 3 days on the Camino and needed a rest close to the trail. Found Hotel Avenida which offered a room with 3 single beds. Very comfortable, modern bath, lovely balcony. Highly recommend.

stayed here for the 2013 running of bulls and hotel was perfect. 8 minute walk from hotel to bullring. nice sized room with nice bathroom. very clean and staff was bilingual.

Stayed here for 2013 San Fermin festival!!! Great location to bullring. 5 minute walk. Hotel even had 2 festival bandanas waitin in our room for us. Nice large room with a lil balcony. Ac unit worked great. Flatscreen and bathroom were great. Staff spoke english too!!

We enjoyed our stay as it was three weeks before town crowds us for the running of the bulls. The hotel is a bit old but the walk to the old town, with the route of the bull run, was easy to accomplish. It is also very convenient to the bus station, just 2 blocks away.
