"Nice hotel, and staff. I think it could do with an update, looking tied in areas! As you walk into the hotel it had weird smell, which is not a 1st good impression! Breakfast was lovely. Overall a nice hotel but not sure about its 4 star rating? "
"It was ok. Not what we used to. Staff were helpful at reception. But i had to make it clear i wanted what i paid for.. they did move us
Pool does not open untill 10am too late . Crazy people running for sun bed. Very pretty around pool and clean too. Food was nice, drinks too. Very close to harbour and some shops , resturants.

"The hotel has a nice location. They wanted a deposit, which was not mentioned in the app. Breakfast choice is really weak. Bathroom is really disgusting and there is not enough space between the toilet and sink. "

"I was able to check in immediately even after arriving 2 hours before the stated time. Room was spacious and very comfy. Air con was perfect. The bathroom was decent, two shower heads and a big window. Pool are was lovely. Always able to get a sun bed. Lots of natural shade in the afternoons. Pool itself was good. Was a big size and had a deep end. The only slight grumble I had was that the water wasn’t very refreshing in the hot days, but it was the middle of summer so I guess the sun warms it up. But it didn’t stop me enjoying it still. "
"Really lovely hotel. Staff and visitors were all really friendly. I needed an accessible room and it was perfect. Prompt replies to communication. Plenty of sunbeds, and a lifeguard on duty. Breakfast was good. Other guests said evening meals were lovely. Spa was gorgeous. Great location right on the beautiful belamadena marina. We will be returning 🌹"
"Loved this place! Great beachfront location not too far from the marina, the rooms were huge, the pool was loads of fun with great entertainment for adults and children, could always get a sun lounger, and the breakfasts were perfect! Shoutout to the lifeguard too who did a great job. "

"Had a great time. Although we were only there 1 night. We were able to check in early and given access to our room! The man on reception was lovely and welcoming! hotel was spotless and all staff were friendly. Cant fault anything.
Check out was 12 but were able to book a time slot for a room to have a shower which included towels and toiletries free of charge which was fabulous as we had a late evening flight! Would definitely recommend this hotel!"
