"We like this hotel, staffs were very friendly and good hospitality. Good free parking there, feeling safe and we can get bus to Brighton town just opposite from this hotel bus stop. "
"Property was clean and relatively easy to locate. Instructions on how to enter the building were sent the same day as arrival at 14:30 so a bit late and the WiFi did not work at all anywhere except the ground floor(my room was on the second floor). Other than this it was a pleasant stay."
"The room was decorated nice but was very dirty. There were marks all on the toilet and shower floor that looked easily wipeable with a cloth. The hot water tap didn’t work. There was dust all over the room - on the lampshade and under bed was incredibly thick dust. "
"I cannot comment on my stay as when i areived at the property there was no instructions no host tge number i was given for the host was non existent and the email address wasnt active. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone in my honest opinion its a scam."

Toilet seat loose ,broken !
Shower head has been mended with some plastic material to avoid leaking (did not work)
TV not working ,pillows we’re disgusting very dirty ,communication not so great .
We were told that check in started at 4pm but when we got there at 04:30 pm the flat was still occupied,not good enough we’ve travelled all the way from London .
Floor carpets very uneven and dirty looking !
Not staying there ever again and will not recommend to...

"This was the perfect treat for our family. The room was perfect and we were able to get to the pool and spa twice during our stay. The staff were lovely and management had gifted all staff a Jude’s ice-cream which I thought showed some good staff wellbeing practice."
