• Pool heating is available October through May for an additional $100 per day and must be paid before check-in. Requests should be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Depending on the system, the fee may cover both pool and spa, or spa heating may require a separate fee.
• For reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1,500 utility deposit is required at check-in, and actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.
• Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.
• Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval. Requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time the day prior to departure and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60 depending on the number of hours requested.
