This fully equipped 2 bedroom 2 bath lower unit with nobody above is perfect for a family, couple, or a small group. Enjoy resort living at its finest, with amenities including access to the newly remodeled fitness center, country club, and tennis and pickleball courts. The championship 18 hole golf course is fantastic, with tee times available for purchase. The home is conveniently located near the Frank Sinatra Gate and is close to the pool and hot tub, making it the perfect desert escape.


This is a rare 2 bedroom 2 bath in Desert Falls lower unit with nobody above. The open concept layout is convenient and perfect for entertaining, with the spacious living room open to the dining area and kitchen. The two bedrooms sit on opposite ends of the home, providing peace and privacy. The patio sits on the 12th hole which is one of the premier holes at Desert Falls Championship Golf Course. It is a par 3 over the lake that plays ~120 yards, which provides great entertainment while you drink your morning coffee or are enjoying lunch on the patio. This is truly one of the gems of Desert Falls and will leave you coming back year after year.
