Parking
There are two private driveway spaces, and plenty of street parking. Only authorized vehicles are allowed Community Security monitors guest vehicles, therefore, no unregistered guests nor vehicles are allowed.

This property is near Highway 10 and a railroad. You really can't hear any traffic or train noise from inside the house or on the patio. The sound of a passing train is only audible from the front of the house. I have put sound machines in all rooms just in case though.
