The hotel is clean, beautiful, and the staff was excellent throughout our stay. I did run into one issue I had arranged via chat with the hotel to have my EV charged while using valet, since I was on a tight schedule the next morning. Unfortunately, the car wasn’t charged as requested. However, the team responded quickly and professionally by crediting the valet fee, which I appreciated. The valet charge was $55, which feels a bit steep (not sure if that’s the standard). That said, everything else from the pool to the room to the overall servicewas top-notch. I’d absolutely stay here again."

"Staff were excellent! Accommodations excellent ! Property itself was beautiful. So much to do with your family on the property. Valet, the service was awesome and quick. Beach was gorgeous and beach staff were excellent! Room itself, overall the cleanliness could have been better. There was a roach on our counter. There are residents in the building. The cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms didn’t smell. It was luxurious accommodation. Safety is excellent. You can’t move around the hotel without your wristband. I would give this hotel an 8/10. "
