"Whitney at front desk was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Heather by the pool was very nice and friendly as well. Gilbert and Dante (servers on beach and by pool were excellent and very efficient. Room was standard Oceanview but clean housekeeping was super as well. "

"Very nice but I couldn't tell if you had to pay to go on the beach. What sucked was our room wasn't ready for a bit we went to eat and our room still wasn't ready but the guy working the front desk tried to get us a room on the 1st floor he said there wouldn't have been as good of a view of the beach as the original room we booked but it was still appreciated he tried we did get our room and it was very nice you could see the beach from our room. While we waited we were given a courtesy card to be able to park on the property and get in as if we were already staying there. Would definitely stay again"

"Everything was great. Fixed TV problem right away. Apparently a software update knocked some out. Loved it and on our list for a longer visit. Bummer that you have to pay a LOT for a reserved chair otherwise you had to go down to the low rent district. Restaurant was super accommodating for food sensitivities. Amazing kitchen staff. Servers were a little slow when restaurant was slow but Johnny on the spot when busy. Music entertainment was so much better than expected. "

"Can't see the beach because of high-rises across the street shopping was like a mile walking distance but other than that the place is very quiet very clean very comfortable I'd love to stay here again that's part of my favorite to know"
