"Spa was extremely expensive; resort has one Starbucks "convenience" store but closes very early; beach area got very crowded and there was a waitlist for resort guests to get chairs; resort fee is supposed to include 2 water bottles daily which did not happen every day"

"After parking my car, the walking to the entrance, there was trash and dog poop on the sidewalk, which is still there when I left. The lobby is beautiful. Room was nice, clean but average-nothing special. My room, no matter what I set the temperature at stayed at 66*. I called and asked them for an extra blanket, it never came. The next morning, I called and asked them to send someone to fix it. I waited an hour and a half and no one showed up. I enjoyed the beach with the chairs and service. Lunch was great too. I have traveled all over the world and stayed in many hotels. I guess for the price of this hotel, I expected more. For me, it was average."

"Ocean was visible from the balcony and was a beautiful view. The condo was very clean and well appointed. There were a couple of issues that I sent to the management company. One was the dishwasher that needed to be secured because when you opened the door to fill it, it almost came completely out. Also there is a small water leak from the washing machine that I thought they would want to know about. Plus the light bulb in the master closet was burnt-out and there was no replacement bulb for it. One last issue was the ice maker does not work in the freezer and they have ice trays that need replacing. Other than that, the resort was beautiful. Lovely beach and great pools."

"The condo was wonderful. Clean, spacious and cozy with good views. It has everything you need. Depending on how long you stay you may need to get to a grocery store for paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. There is a grocery store across th bridge (off the island). Once you leave the island it’s a bit sketchy. I would DoorDash it. The only thing that bothered us was the air conditioning. Once you shut off the lights or leave the room it goes off. So at night it got hot. My daughter woke up sweating and couldn’t breathe it was that hot an stuffy. And if you open the terrace door th air goes off. So, we left lights on at night. Also, there is only one restaurant so if you are staying a while it could get boring with the same menu. There is als a nice Starbucks with great pastries! Pay the resort fee for ease and comfort. Have a wonderful vacation!"
