"Location was excellent. Many options for dining, shopping. Attention to detail was impeccable. Customer service was beyond excellent. Food at the hotel was on the pricey end, but the service was truly impeccable. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast options were amazing. Hotel decor was immaculate. Spa services were great. Overall the hotel stay was beyond our expectations and more. Looking forward to visiting again. "

"Rooms were lovely, kept clean and the staff on reception/ restaurant was aleays helpful. Very good for visiting aroynd iatanbul with the metro line so close to hotel, and only 4 stops away from kaikoy so easy to get over to the europe side for sight seeing also. Only a 10 min taxi ride to all good shoppping malls amd the kids theame mall hula lupa is amazi g need 2 days there. Also conected via a bridge to a outlet shoppi g centre and food hall. Great ootion overall. Also on metroline straight from saw airport."

"We were very impressed with all staff members and all services. Cant remember all employees so there were a lot more than Serab, Yusuf, Serkan but everyone was great. Valet, front desk, room service and restaurant were all A+. Very pleasant, kind and lovely people"
