Breakfast was great and it should be for $30 Euros per person per day. Chef was available to make anything you asked for. The variety was great. Property condition : the hotel itself from the outside looks great but the rooms do need remodelling and renovation. It wasn’t as clean as I would’ve wanted. The bed covers had stains and had holes. The bed itself was comfy. The water was nice and hot but there was one day that it just ran cold after mentioning the issue to the front staff they fixed it. The proximity to optimum mall is walking was a few foot steps away, so it was not at a distance. Staff: There was one lady in the breakfast room that hovered over us and made us feel uncomfortable. Aside from that, the rest of the staff was professional, helpful and kind. Especially the staff at the front door helped us a lot with getting a ride and helping us change rooms due to cleanliness issues.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The gym was excellent—spacious, clean, and well-equipped, which was a great bonus during our stay. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, with a shopping mall just across the street, easily accessible via a safe pedestrian overpass, and the metro station is only a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice city view. Whenever we needed anything—like extra towels or amenities—room service was prompt and efficient. We did not use the dining facilities. Overall, this hotel offers great value, modern amenities, and a strategic location. Would definitely recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

Daha önce de konakladığım Hilton Kozyatağının her zamaki kalitesini devam ettirdiğini gördüm. İnsan bir hotelde eksik bulmak isterse bulur. Burada bakış açınız önem kazanır. Hoteller sadece binadan ibaret de değildir. Resepsiyondaki Ramis Beye özellikle teşekkürler. Gayet ciddi, işine saygılı ve aynı zamanda misafirperver de olunabildiğini gösterdi. Çok erken gelmeme rağmen giriş saat 14.00 kuralını esnetti; müsait yerimiz varsa alalım dedi ve otele girişimi sağladı. Ayrıca ikramda da bulundu. Oda temizliği üst düzeyde idi. Kahvaltı çeşitliliğine laf edenler olmuş. Bence bunu söylerken fiyatı da dikkate almak gerek. Şahsen ben kahvaltıdan da memnun kaldım. Dışarıda çayın atmış lira olduğu bir memlekette 1.400 liraya açık büfe kahvaltıya laf edilememeli bence. Hotelin yeri merkezi, metro ulaşımına çok yakın, yürüme mesafesi pek çok imkan mevcut. İstanbul Anadolu yakasında her zaman ilk tercihim olacaktır.
