"The hotel natural estate was beautiful, the grounds were in there own gardens , the staff very friendly , everything so clean and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The restaurant was very interesting and good , breakfast was so delightful with all the fruits and choices to eat. It is a 5 star excellent hospitality. The outside pool was lovely as well as indoor spa. Not hot but refreshing. "

"What a lovely location although there are multiple suites and rooms, from the majority of vistas they are all nestled within the land and discrete. There were issues with the room but we were kindly offered alternatives. Breakfast was included and you couldn't eat enough. The grounds were impressively level given the graduated levels of Maderia's landscape."

"The staff was so kind and the property looks on the beautiful cliffs of Madeira. We loved being able to use the Galosol pool, this was definitely a highlight. There are many restaurants within walking distance and parking is very inexpensive and easy in front. Nice to be away from the city but still close to visit as needed, would recommend for a relaxing stay!"

"Hotellet ligger fint vid havet med fint utsikt. Rymligt hotellrum och ok badrum. Servicen når inte upp till förväntningarna. Receptionen är inte intresserade av att hjälpa till med information. Maten på hotellet får 1 av 5 möjliga, vad ni är ni gör akta er för nyårsmeny. Gymmet är slitet och man känner sig inte välkommen där. Rummet var väldigt lyhört. Vi kommer inte att boka om detta hotell fast att vistelsen på Madeira var för övrigt fantastiskt. "
