"Great option for families with children. Beach / walking path access from to pool area and good restaurant options nearby. Property is not new but it was clean and well kept. Good breakfast with many options. "

"Hotel is clean, reception staff is very good, restaurant staff gets the work done but not very friendly. Room was in a bad condition, wall were peeling, door didnt lock, shower head wont stay in place, bath tube in a horrible condition. Pools were always dyrty, the gardens were the only nice and looked after place in the hotel."

"Beautiful hotel and grounds! Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food! A wonderful all inclusive experience. We had a beautiful room with an extra large balcony with partial view. Room was always cleaned daily and towels changed. We enjoyed the location, the ample parking and the grounds. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed the buffet, kulinarium restaurant and the evening shows. We are already planning our next trip there! "What a lovely location although there are multiple suites and rooms, from the majority of vistas they are all nestled within the land and discrete. There were issues with the room but we were kindly offered alternatives. Breakfast was included and you couldn't eat enough. The grounds were impressively level given the graduated levels of Maderia's landscape."
