"What a beautiful location and building! Delicious restaurant and patio onsite. They have very helpful and accommodating staff. The room was quite spacious. Our only complaint would be the terrible mattress- we could feel the springs of the mattress, so we did not sleep so well. Thankfully, it was only one night. Otherwise, we recommend this hotel."

"Rita is a wonderful host. She met us at a nearby location and drove us to the apartment. She showed us all the amenities, which are excellent. The place is really a separate house surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The view from the front deck is lovely and it location very serene. We loved the place."

"What a great find! We were two families with 4 children aged 8-14 and this was an absolutely ideal base for us in Tuscany. As others have said - the house is so much bigger than it appears in the photos. The decor/ plumbing and electrics are somewhat dated, but this did not detract at all. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was great. The pool and outdoor space were amazing and we spent most of our time in and around the pool. The location was good as we had a car and so could easily get to the shops, to San Gimignano and Siena for day trips. The communication with Roberta and Vasco’s attentiveness were excellent. We had a slight problem with the electrics one evening, but they were available to help and Vasco was on site within 30 minutes to sort it out. A great villa - would definitely recommend! "
