L' ensemble de l appartement est très bien .Une très belle vue tant du coté de la mer que du lac .Le parking privé est un plus. L accès à la plage est très facile . Le joint de silicone de la douche est à nettoyer ainsi que la réparation de la chasse du wc (Attention à la consommation de l'eau). Il y a lieu d insister qu'il n y a pas d' ascenseur pour accéder au 1er étage.

Appartement front de mer très bien situé à Palavas les Flots

Grand appartement traversant avec 2 belles chambres, 1 balcon filant donnant sur les 2 chambres avec vue sur la mer, un grand salon, une belle salle de bains avec grande douche, un appartement bien équipé avec lave linge et lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur, de nombreux placards. Le matelas et ou sommier d'un des 2 lits simples est à remplacer. Plein de creux. Il manque 1 grand miroir dans l'appartement et des patères dans la salle de bains.
