"After my last stay in April 2025, I found my return here to be as warm and welcoming...especially by Maria and Liana at Reception! Thank you! 🙏 Upon entering the foyer, I always enjoy smelling the pleasant aroma of essential oils. I asked for a quiet room...and got it! Room 830 was clean, spacious, quiet and distant from elevators and housekeeping storage rooms, as requested! Much appreciated! 🙏 The room provided a Capino espresso machine (similar to Nespresso); a kettle; an iron and an ironing board; a VS Sassoon hair dryer and an Onity room safe. It also provides environmentally-safe amenities such as Ink & Water, vegan, paraben-free shampoo, conditioner and hand & body lotion and Livi PEFC toilet tissue (from sustainably managed forests and controlled sources)!!! Well done Sage Hotel!!! 😉 In my opinion, the bed is very comfortable, although I do understand that every person has different preferences. It has good quality, cotton bedsheets too!!! Much appreciated! Although Sage Hotel does not provide a stocked mini bar fridge, items can be ordered via room service. Also, room service orders incur a delivery charge of $5 each time! This, I truly do not agree with...as guest services should all be inclusive of the room rate being paid!!! 🤔 This, of course, is my humble opinion! 95% of your staff are amazing, so thank you for making my stay most enjoyable and extremely comfortable! PS - Also, Miren at the bar is friendly, efficient and obliging. Thank you! ☺️ "

"We found check-in tedious and the staff member inefficient. He had to search for our key in a messy cluttered drawer. Reception area super messy and not professional or inviting. The room was spacious and clean but there was a large crack in the glass of the wardrobe door and the towel rail was hanging loose. Shower pressure and heat of water was amazing. We booked for 2 persons but obviously only one of us was meant to wash our hair as only 1 each tiny shampoo and conditioner was supplied. No biscuits as are usually supplied complimentary in even the most economy motel.Spare blanket was old and worn. Good supply of kitchen cleaning supplies left. The whole room while clean and spacious was tired and dated with a few recent additions like a new toilet and sink but the general feel was tired. "
