"We love staying at this property when we come to Bastrop to visit with our son and have stayed at both of their cabins multiple times over the last few years. The location is very peaceful and serene and we have all the comforts of home and lots of room to spread out. Plus they have a fenced in area across the back where our

can hang out and relax while we sit and enjoy our coffee on the back deck listening to the birds. This visit we even got to see a deer coming to the feeder."

"It was a well appointed room. Quiet property. The main room was good with nice sized TV and cold fridge. The issues we had was a June bug in my daughters bed and the shower showing signs of wear, thick chalk and signs of water damage. The hot water was at a scalding hot temperature and you had to make very minor adjustments to handles or you could get extreme very fast. The plus is it’s is

"The staff was kind and polite. The room we stayed in on of the bed sheets had black stains. When we first got into the room there was a strong smell of musty and wet paint. Once we turned the air on and opened the door for a little bit the smell was gone. They came and cleaned the room while we were gone but didn't change the stained sheets. Online it states that they have breakfast and there was nothing. They have a large refrigerator in the lobby but is say "staff only". Otherwise our weekend...
