This recently renovated house features modern, mountain-southwest decor. The kitchen includes a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator small island, and an open view of the living area. Outside you'll find chairs, a table and a grill with views overlooking downtown and the San Juan Mountains. The house is one of three rentals onsite, the others are a 1BR suite and a studio kitchenette, all attached, but with private entrances and outdoor seating areas. It's possible to rent the whole property to serve up to 10, if you book far enough in advance, or if you get lucky last-minute.
