The host was super communicative and addressed any issues we had; which were super small (needed a folding chair for desk work) that was it! We loved this place and were sad to leave Pagosa Springs. Highly recommend staying here ;)"

"We were very happy staying at sleeping bear cabin. More lighting in the living room for reading would be nice. Also just fyi the clasps on the hot tub cover were broken and the top of the dishwasher rack was broken on the left side but everything worked… property manager was awesome! Would recommend in a heartbeat!"

"Everything was great. The property was so nice. Nicely decirated. Loved being able to use the garage with the remote. Most if the lughr switches were labled which was super helpful. The only 7sdue was the price/night on the listing. Gave one price but then on the booking total included a host fee and another $85 fee that was not clear what it was for. Felt misleading initially. However, we will choose this property to stay at again if available."

"We rented the house for a ski trip to Wolf Creek. The location was perfect. The property has a gorgeous view on the river and it was so peaceful. The hot tub was an added bonus and the kids loved it. One of our favorite places we have stayed in Pagosa! Would stay again."

"We had a great stay. The house isn’t very far from Pagosa and was an easy drive into Durango as well. The property is in a neighborhood, but feels very private, especially the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. You’ll definitely want 4WD or AWD to get in and out of the driveway if the weather is wet at all."

"Love this house and how spacious and welcoming it was. Perfect for our snowboarding trips with friends and the two king bedrooms are such a great touch, as well as the queen bedroom. Everyone loved this one. Will definitely be back."

"Very nice well maintained and appointed property. The property was also very conveniently located. We did have a couple of minor issues: 1. We found no instructions on how to work the TV’s 2. Apparently the water heater has an automatic shutoff. After going without hot water for the first day we finally figured out how to turn on the water heater manually. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property."

The property has the warmth of a home instead of a rental. The property is literally right on the river, providing gorgeous views and relaxing sounds. Very easy walk to the center of town, and the Riverwalk is close by and scenic. Thank you Beth for a great stay, we're looking forward to our next stay here!"

"Great location, lots of space for our 2 families to meet up for our annual ski trip. One person in the group doesn’t ski, so they were happy to walk to everything. Great communication from the rental company as well. Can’t wait to come back !"
