Wow, Not sure how this place got decent reviews but it was bad. Like bad bad, we would have left had there been any other options. Mold all over bathroom ceiling, broken furniture, construction debris all over the place.

Do not go to this place. The exterior has paint peeling, has a foul odor outside, and siding is coming off. Candy, the front desk employee has the worse attitude towards customers. Candy literally said “If you dont have a reservation leave my parking lot”. Rooms had paint peeling and not so sterile carpets.

The staff kept knocking on my door since 8:30 AM. To check if I was gone it happened three times and check out time is 11:00 AM. My room had a broken bathroom door and the tub appeared stained!

Both nights were loud as sh!$. When ask the manager about noise ordinance he said unless he heard it he couldn’t do anything. Perminate residence on site bumming around and asking for cigarettes and bothering guests. Doors to the building are glass and broke also not locked anytime of day. Desk clean was closed and gone between 11pm and 5 am

Massively Disappointed
The facility from the time we pulled into the parking lot looked unkept. Our room was in the adjunct building which was under construction. Our room seemed to be in progress of repair and maintenance. There was no lock on the one window of the room. The view from the window was of a cement wall and trash (see pic). It was kept closed by a piece of wood jammed so that the window would not open (see pic). The AC unit below the window looked like it was recently installed...with differtent wood trim around the unit (see pic). The heat lamp in the bathroom made a loud growling noise (see video). The water spout on the bath tub did not have flashing onto the tile backing (see pic). The 'Simple Breakfast' was missing the following items; Hot Chocolate, Oatmeal, Granola bars, Fruit, Yogurt and Pop Tarts (see pic). Could not find an attendant to ask about the missing items. No one was at the desk, eating area or responded when hollared at a partially open door to the kitchen.

Don't stay here!
Older property in awful condition. The room was old and dingy and in need of repairs. Parking lot was a hazard. Even the free coffee in the lobby was empty, and no one was around to do anything about it. We chose not to shower or bath in the bathroom, waiting instead at our destination the following day. Abysmal!

Faded glory now, maybe better in the future
The check-in was very slow, I waited in line for 25 minutes. The motel is old and need of lots of repairs, The restaurant is closed and is most of the main building. They are building a new hotel next door and our room was in that building. The room itself was modern, roomy, and had new fixtures. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was nice. No USB plugs for charging but there were AC outlets on the lamps. Sink area was tiny and had little area for our stuff. The lobby and public areas were still under construction and it looked like there were still guest rooms that had to be finished. Two story building, no elevator. Park lot is in bad shape. Breakfast was in the old building - supplies were limited. Good location across the road from the hot springs resort. Won't stay there again.

This place was in disarray and disrepair. October 2023, pool isn’t working. The place is under construction. Appears to be a remodel but not in good condition. Rooms are old and dated so remodel is definitely needed.

Needs to be seriously rebuilt.
The reason they only have a picture of the sign on their "exterior" picture is that the rest of the out side of the motel is so run down that no one would stay there if they saw the actual condition the motel was in. The furniture in the lobby was so worn out they had put sheets over the cushions trying to hid the cracks and holes in the fabric.There is no way I would stay at this place again.

This place ridiculously overpriced for the quality. There is unfinished construction, materials and exposed wires. It starts at the check-in area and then to the second building which has no elevator, hauling luggage up the stairs. The doors require to be slammed to lock. I want my money back!!

We pulled up to a building that looked like it had been closed for about 10-15 years. Completely run down. We drove around back and saw crappy window air conditioners that looked to be from the 80s and curtains that were dirty and torn. We did not even go in and lost the $$, but there was no way we would stay there

This property is across the street from the hot springs/walkable to restaurants as well. As others have mentioned, this hotel is under construction, so a little rough. My room (on the first floor) was clean and acceptable.

Property was seriously run down. Would have not stayed but it was the only room in town. The lady checking us in was very nice but was quite obviously under the weather and coughed constantly. I hope she is feeling better and they finish remodeling (i read this is year 7 in the remodel) and give her nice environment to work in. The bathtub was broke and shoddily caulked. And if i drove 2 hours more i could of stayed in a place rated "wonderful" for the same price. Its really a shame because this hotel is in a prime location. And the pool was broke but not listed as broke on the property when i booked, which made for a very unhappy child.

My room was so quiet, clean and comfortable. I got much needed rest after a very long drive. The location was great and ir was easy to walk around. There is a beautiful walking path along the river where we got to see lots of wildlife. Great experience. Staff was so nice and helpful.
