Perfect Padua
Federica's semi-detached home is a wonderful place to stay for touring the Padua area, including Venice. Federica is a warm and friendly host. The home is accurately depicted by the Vrbo site listing. I would definitely stay there again when visiting that area.

What a find.
Wow - accommodation was like home from home. Everything you could need. Federica is lovely - very helpful and informative. Accommodation is well placed to visit the Veneto/Emilia Romana areas. Not far from tram terminus to access Padova and the train station for Venice and other cities. We would certainly recommend the accommodation to friends and family.

Vicinity to beautiful PADUA and the Colli Eugenei (biking) and a very charming and supportive landlady made the trip for all three generations of the family a highligh tof the year !

Perfect, Just Perfect - We Couldn't Ask for Better
Three of us, husband, wife and adult daughter stayed here for 9 nights in September and totally enjoyed our stay. The place was immaculate, Federica is a delight, even Flora, her dog, was friendly. Federica is a very responsive owner, which greatly reduced our anxiety about arriving in Italy for the first time. In addition, this quiet neighborhood is in an agricultural area outside of town, so no hustle and bustle, which is what we prefer. Yet at the same time, it's close enough to the main roads that lead to the Autostrada, with its 130kM speed limit, so you can reach other cities and towns quite easily, which we did. The house itself is well laid out and the beds are very comfortable. The pots and pans are good quality stainless steel, which we require for health reasons. The air conditioners worked perfectly too. If you wish to visit Venice, the train will get you there quickly and you won't have to deal with finding a place to park there. Even the City of Padua itself has an interesting history and is worth exploring and enjoying. Final words: If you plan on staying in other areas of Italy before or after coming here, this will be the standard by which you view the other locations. Federica does it RIGHT!

Comfortable and nice house close to the city
We spent some nice time in Villa Miriam. The house is very nice, comfortably furnished and equipped. The rooms are spacious, easily accommodating 4 people, or even 6 when using the living room sofa that converts into a double bed. The kitchen is well equipped with a burner, full oven, microwave, dishwasher, and the bathrooms include two showers and a washing machine. A large garden rounds up for a great time. You won't miss anything, and if you ever have an issue, the helpful and nice owner will make sure it's solved as soon as possible. Being there in the winter, we could enjoy the fireplace in the roomy and cozily furnished and basement room; in the summer, there would be a swimming pool available close by, looking forward to try that!

Guter Ausgangspunkt in Venetien
Uns hat der Aufenthalt in diesem wirklich gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und offen. Das Objekt liegt günstig für Ausflüge nach Padua, Vicenza, Venedig oder auch an die Adria - Chioggia. Wir sind mit 2 Erwachsenen und unseren drei Kindern (10,15,17) für 1 Woche dort gewesen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Den etwas entfernten Pool (ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto) haben wir auch für kurze Entspannungszeiten nach unseren Ausflügen genutzt - sehr gut - besonders für unsere Kinder. Wunderbar
Federica ist ein fantastische Gastgeberin, die Unterkunft ist toll, es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Auf dem Agritourismo ihres Vaters gibt es noch einen schönen Pool den man nutzen kann. Wir haben sehr häufig die nahegelegene Tram-Station genutzt um in die Stadt zu kommen, das ist super praktisch. Mit dem Auto 3 Minuten entfernt und parken für einen Euro pro Tag! Von Padua ist man in 30 Minuten mit dem Zug in Venedig, entspannter kommt man nicht dort hin. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Venetien kommen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder die Casa Miriam buchen.

Großzügiges Haus in ruhiger Lage
Federica ist eine sehr freundliche, kompetente und sprachgewandte Frau, mit der man alle Dinge problemlos regeln kann. Gute Tipps für den Besuch von Padoa. Das Haus übertrifft die Angaben im Inserat. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und klimatisiert. Es liegt auf einem gut angelegten Grundstück mit einem überdachten Stellplatz für PKW. Vom Haus aus ist man schnell im Zentrum von Padova (7,5 km) oder auch in Vicenza oder Venedig. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Wahl, wenn man in Venetien unterwegs sein will.

Wohnen ohne Stress
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig. Die Lage im Süden von Padua ist sehr günstig für Autofahrer. In nur ca. 3 km Entfernung erreicht man die Endhaltestelle der Tram, welche eine dichte Zugfolge hat und sehr preisgünstig ist (€ 1.70 für 90 Minuten). So sind alle touristisch interessanten Ziele zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die euganeischen Hügel sind für´s Auto auch sehr nahe. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr umsichtig.

Great Vacation

Fantastisch
Wer das Landleben liebt und gerne mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto für ein paar Stunden in die Innenstadt von Padua fährt, um dann Abends in der Ruhe den Vögeln zu lauschen, den Sternenhimmel zu genießen und den Blick auf die Berge zu haben, der ist in Fredericas Haus genau richtig. Ein Ort, der mit viel Liebe fürs Detail geschaffen wurde und einer Besitzerin, die sich über Gäste freut und keine Mühe scheut, dass man sich rundum wohl fühlt. Jederzeit wieder!!

Fantastic stay in Padua
We're very warmly welcomed by Federica. She immediately showed us the house and it was very well equipped. Everything, but everything you could name, was there. If anything was missing, she took care of it immediately. It is a perfect base to visit the cities of Verona, Vicenza, Treviso, Venice and especially Padua. You are 10 minutes away from the tram stop with free parking that will bring you to the centre of Padua in less than half an hour. Een prachtig, goed onderhouden, ruim huis met een fijne keuken, een heerlijk terras en een lekker bed. We voelden ons heel welkom en alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Je bent met een paar minuten op de ringweg rond Padua waardoor meerdere steden goed bereikbaar zijn.

Wunderbare Ferienunterkunft
Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser sehr geräumigen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit schöner Terrasse außerordentlich genossen. Die Begrüßung und Betreuung durch Federica war ausgesprochen freundlich. In der klimatisierten Unterkunft mit vier Räumen, zwei Bädern und einer großen Küche war an alles gedacht worden, was in einem Urlaub eventuell gebraucht werden könnte. Der ruhige, weitläufige Garten unterstützte die entspannte Atmosphäre. Als Ausgangspunkt für Trips nach Padua, Vendedig, Verona und an die Adria war der Ort ideal. Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un bon séjour, Federica a été à l’écoute, très réactive à nos questions et très discrète. La maison couplée à la piscine sont calmes et paisibles où nous avons pu nous détendre. La situation est idéale pour visiter les alentours : Venise, Padoue, Chioggia... La ferme où se trouve la piscine mérite d’être mise en avant pour l’effort que la famille (et notamment le papa de Federica que nous remercions pour sa gentillesse) fait au quotidien pour contribuer au bien être et à une alimentation avant gardiste plus saine. Excellent house with a phenomenal host
This basically is a classy villa from around the eighties but excellently maintained. The pool is not at the house but a 10' drive away but then it's in a rural area and great to relax. You'll need a car unless you have bicycles and are enthusiastic bikers. There is a protected private parking with a car port at the house. Federica is an excellent host and a great support whenever you have a question. We are really grateful for her help in various situations and she's very friendly.

Grande maison bien équipée
Frederica nous a tres bien accueillis dans sa très grande maison impeccable et très bien équipée. Elle a tout organisé et nous avons été très confortablement installés. Nous regrettons juste que la piscine n’ait pas été disponible sur les 5 jours de notre séjour même si la propriétaire nous a proposé une alternative.

Sehr schöne und gemackvoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem sehr sauberen und sehr gut ausgestatteten, großzügigen und geschmackvollen Ferienhaus. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Vermieterin klappte sehr gut. Die Kinder und wir konnten uns zudem über einen sehr niedlichen Hund und einen schönen Pool in der Nähe freuen. Die Innenstadt von Padua war sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem können wir uns auf jeden Fall gut vorstellen, wiederzukommen.

Tolle ruhige Unterkunft zum entspannen
Federica ist eine super sympathische Vermieterin, die uns immer bei Fragen und Problemen geholfen hat! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, super sauber und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Einzig unser Doppelbett war sehr weich, aber das ist vielleicht auch Geschmackssache. .. Das Pool ist auch sehr toll und sauber! Um die Unterkunft herum ist schön grüne Wiese, so dass unsere Kids toll spielen konnten. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage dort verbracht! Vielen Dank Federica! !!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus nahe Padua
Das Ferienhaus befindet sich nahe Padua auf dem Land, ruhig und dennoch nah zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (nur wenige Autominuten). Es ist geräumig, geschmackvoll ausgestattet, sehr sauber und von einem gepflegten Garten umgeben. Von hier bieten sich viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Padua, Venedig, Vicenza). Einzig bei der Abreise gab es ein Problem: Die Vermieterin hatte nachträglich die Abreisezeit auf 9.00 Uhr vorverlegt, so dass wir unter Zeitdruck kamen.

Heerlijk rustige, ruime en schone woning voorzien van alle gemakken.
De woning is zeer ruim en is daarom heerlijk voor een gezinsvakantie. Van alle gemakken voorzien en als er iets niet is of niet duidelijk is, dan is Frederica altijd bereid om te helpen of tips te geven. De woning ligt in een rustig deel van Padua en van daaruit kan de omgeving verkend worden. We maakten uitstapjes naar Padua zelf (prachtige kunst, heerlijk winkelen), Venetie (met de trein in een half uur), Ferrara en zelfs het Gardameer. En aan het einde van de dag konden we relaxen in dit fijne huis. Om zelf te kijken of in de buurt een hapje te gaan eten. Ideaal was het gebruik van het zwembad, op tien minuten rijden een heerlijke plek om een dag te ontspannen. De combinatie van huis, zwembad en omgeving maakte dit tot een ideale uitvalsbasis voor de vakantie. Dank je wel Frederica voor alle goede zorgen!

Tout d abord nous souhaitons particulièrement remercier Fédérica pour son excellent accueil, sa disponibilité et sa réactivité à nos demandes et merci aussi à son papa pour la piscine. La maison est très bien équipée, très calme, très propre et très spacieuse pour 5 personnes, nous étions en 15 min au coeur de Padoue. Une station de tram est à 3 km. Nous avons pris le train de Padoue pour aller à Venise (40 min) et Padoue est une très belle ville agréable le soir. Nous étions une famille avec 3 enfants et avons loué la maison une semaine début juillet 2018

Fantastic!
It is a nice house. Well equipped with everything. Close to the centre. Especially with the bike (via bike path). Highly recommended.

In einer ruhigen Gegend außerhalb von Padua, verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig glegen, ein angenehmes, ruhige, sehr großzügiges Ferienhaus zu haben, ist perfekt für alle, die nicht mitten in der Stadt wohnen wollen. Unkompliziert. Alles da, was man braucht.

gr0ßzügiges Ferienhaus
Großzügiges und äußerst sauberes Haus mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten (Klimaanlage, Fliegengitter in allen Fenstern, große Terrasse mit großem Gartenschirm) in ruhiger Gegend. Günstig gelegen für viele Besichtigungen: Venedig, Padua, Vicenza, Valdobbiadene Gebiet......Auto sollte allerdings vorhanden sein. Im Haus selbst findet sich alles, was man so braucht. Allerdings für Kaffeetrinker scheint mir die kleine Bialetti Maschine etwas klein. Nette Vermieterin. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Très très belle maison, idéalement située !
Nous avons trouvé une maison où tout était fait pour que nous passions des vacances idéales : petits détails qui nous font penser que nous sommes chez nous ! De plus, Frédérica est très attentive à notre bien-être, nous fournissant de précieux conseils. Bref, ce séjour a été extraordinaire, dans une région merveilleuse... Je recommande à tous ceux qui veulent profiter de calme, de quiétude et d'un cocon douillé pour visiter la Vénétie.

Nettes Haus, in dem alles ist was man braucht!

La maison idéale pour visiter la région de Padoue
Federica a mis à notre disposition une maison très grande parfaitement équipée : nous nous y sommes sentis chez nous. Elle est située dans un quartier très calme à peu de distance du tram de Padoue. Elle constitue un point de départ idéal pour découvrir tous les attraits de la région dans toutes les directions. Nous recommandons vivement de séjourner chez Federica dont nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la qualité d'accueil. Un grand merci à elle !
