Three of us, husband, wife and adult daughter stayed here for 9 nights in September and totally enjoyed our stay. The place was immaculate, Federica is a delight, even Flora, her dog, was friendly. Federica is a very responsive owner, which greatly reduced our anxiety about arriving in Italy for the first time. In addition, this quiet neighborhood is in an agricultural area outside of town, so no hustle and bustle, which is what we prefer. Yet at the same time, it's close enough to the main roads that lead to the Autostrada, with its 130kM speed limit, so you can reach other cities and towns quite easily, which we did.
The house itself is well laid out and the beds are very comfortable. The pots and pans are good quality stainless steel, which we require for health reasons. The air conditioners worked perfectly too.
If you wish to visit Venice, the train will get you there quickly and you won't have to deal with finding a place to park there. Even the City of Padua itself has an interesting history and is worth exploring and enjoying.
Final words: If you plan on staying in other areas of Italy before or after coming here, this will be the standard by which you view the other locations. Federica does it RIGHT!
