"The host was very accommodating, friendly, and hospitable. My flight was delayed so didn’t get in until 1AM, check-in was easy no issues. The place was very homey and clean. I felt very comfortable and safe during my 16 day’s stay. This location is central and close to everything. Thanks for a great stay would stay there again in the future. Sí Yu’us Maåse! Esta later!"

"Great spot just across from Hagat Marina and a stretch of swimmable/snorkelable beach with a park. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and everything was clean and well-kept. It could sleep 10 bed-wise but the living space would probably be most comfortable for 4-6. Great showers! We took advantage of a kayak and paddleboard for the sunsets. The owner was friendly and available for any questions or concerns. Every room had a quiet, effective mini-split A/C and they worked really well. Fast WiFi. We would definitely stay again! This would be a good spot for families (easy beach access, fenced yard, kid safe) although it didn’t have infant/toddler specific toys, utensils, etc. and the floors are tile so just plan if traveling with very littles."

"This review is for the apartment number 3 upper level. Was in there 4 hrs and demanded refund and checked myself into a hotel. Positive was check in was easy with getting the key from the lockbox. The stove looked operational and refrigerator operational. The apartment was horrible for the following reasons. Exposed electrical wires from a broken outlet. Exposed wires without a cover, utility room without a door, very hard to open the sliding door, abandoned dirty couch outside beside the door, mildew and extreme dirt inside bathroom window seal front room window seals sliding door window seals. No Wi-Fi, beds very low to ground and uncomfortable, apartment is located close to Beach. Overall not kept well and do not recommend anybody staying there in those conditions. "

"We booked this unit specifically because it offered an early check in and we did not have to relocate during our stay WRONG!Arrived Monday morning for early check in. No response to messages left on What’s App. Which is what the owners/managers requested way of communicating 2 hours later told that we could not check-in early but could check in early at another location but would have to relocate back to original location in 3 daysAs we had been traveling for quite a few hours we accepted this. Was told they would refund the early check in fee ( 1 week later, has not been refunded)So 3 days later we moved to the original location. The unit was clean and acceptable. Upon arrival on Thursday the electric stove had one burner out of 4 working. On Friday morning nothing, reported the issue, later that afternoon a maintenance person arrived and confirmed the electric stove / oven was non operational. No word on replacement or ??On Saturday afternoon while we were out getting something to eat. They dropped off a single element cook. I would like say both units were clean. We live in Asia and the occasional bug or gecko is not a problem We go to Guam at least once a year a combination of business and pleasure We will not consider this or any other property managed? By this group as an possibility "
