"Always a pleasure to stay here. This is the second time we’ve stayed and both times were so enjoyable! Wonderful staff, convenient location (close to Disney and within walking distance), delicious breakfast, and great room that is clean and has everything we need. Will be returning next time I’m in the area."

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The shower had a large gap in the door, causing water to leak all over the bathroom floor and outside the bathroom entrance every time it was used. We had to call every day for extra towels just to clean up the water. While staff provided towels, no one ever acknowledged the issue or offered even a simple apology for the inconvenience. It seemed like this was a known problem, yet it was never mentioned or addressed during our stay. Additionally, the room lacked a main overhead light, so the only lighting came from a few wall lamps, making the room feel quite dark. Parking was another frustration. At $40 per night, I expected a more convenient experience, but parking was extremely limited and often difficult to find. Overall, while the hotel had some positives, the lack of attention to guest concerns, poor communication, and additional parking expense made the stay feel less enjoyable than expected."
