I was pleasantly surprised with this inn. The location was perfect, quiet and safe. We saw deer on the street. The room was very clean and I loved the fireplace. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a nice clean room, well located in Pacific Grove, Just a Few minutes from the ocean. The bed was very comfortable, the area was quiet, and I will plan to stay here again next time I am in the area

I enjoyed my stay and enjoyed walking to the beach. I saw a doe and two fawns on the convention grounds across the street. It was clean and I was very comfortable.

I was looking for a quality place to stay where I could enjoy the natural beauty of the area wothout spending a ridiculous amount of money while I visited family for over a week. This older, classic motel has been updated and has all the basics, thoughtfully done, with minor flaws easy to overlook for the super quiet rooms, comfortable beds and access to beach and dune walking trails nearby. Phoebes Cafe at Asilomar across the way was great for morning lattes and happy hour wine watching sunsets, and Fishwife restaraunt was an easy walk for a solo dinner. Highly recommend for people needing a comfortable place to stay near magnificent scenic areas.
