"The staff were very pleasant. The room was great, the breakfast was authentic. The food and wine at the Chardonnay restaurant was good. Loved the bar staff and salsa dancing lessons on Friday night. Very convenient and central location. The roof top was fun. Good place to stay for José Cuervo Express Train. "

"All the personal were great they treated us with respect and made sure we had all that we needed. The food was amazing and the beach was wonderful to relax . We enjoyed the nightly shows and will definitely be back ! "

Meals were great. They put so much effort into making meals memorable with themes and entertainment. Couldn’t ask for a single thing more that what we got. "

"The place was nice, staff was very friendly. I did not like the pool being close so early. There was plenty of teenagers that could benefit from longer pool hours and more of a night life for them."

"AC worked great in the room. We wanted beach front and we got just that. The waves could get rough but the hotel offers a great area with pools open till 9pm."
