"Great place with a short walk on a private path to the beach, the house was great, well stocked and comfortable. The host was perfect, easy going, helpful and friendly, no list of 50 rules and things to do while there, simple and easy. Love the town, it was nice to be so close to the beach but a little drive to the house so it was quite and peaceful. Would stay there again."

"They are under new ownership and are making some updated.. The house was fine.. cute even, but it could use some work and cleaning. The location is perfect and we would 100% stay there again. The management company was very responsive with our concerns. Location is perfect. "

"This place was perfect for our family to go clamming. 5 min. from beach, has everything you need including clam shack to process your clams and was great to find a place that excepts dogs! Plus they were super accommodating and nice. We will definitely be back!"

"Overall the stay was really nice. These cottages are pretty good for the price. I will say the cottages could do with some power washing and the grass should be kept up more. The comforter and pillows are also not very comfortable either. But the inside is pretty clean. Like I said, it’s a good place for the price. I will definitely recommend to is place to other and stay here again if I come back to Grayland. Thanks for the hospitality!"

"It was so warm and cozy! We were pleasantly surprised! Had the weather been better we would have loved to take advantage of the fire pit and picnic table provided. The bathrooms were clean and warm. "

"Amazing cabin! My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend, and it was very relaxing. We loved the design of the place, and the obvious care that went into choosing details and decorations. The owner was very communicative about construction that was going on next door (which we knew about before booking). We also got to re-play Goof Troop for Super NES, a game from my childhood, on the arcade console. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again!"
