Convenient to everything in Long Beach including restaurants, bars, shopping, miniature golf, arcades, horseback riding, go-carts, the museum, ice cream shops, antiquing, the bakery the movie theater, and more. It is all an easy walk from this house. No car is needed once you arrive, but if you want to drive on the beach (yes, that is allowed on the Peninsula) the downtown driving access point under the famous arch is just one block away.

The whole group will sleep well with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a pillowtop queen-size bed in the second bedroom, a trundle bed (single top and pull out single below) in the third bedroom, plus a bonus full-size futon in the living room. You can have your friends and family share its ample space with plenty of room for relaxing or entertaining in the large open-air living, dining, and cooking area of the house.

Be entertained by our high-definition tv with easy to use dish network. Play games, test your skills on a classic puzzle or simply relax and read a nice book from our large collection.
Historically known as a fishing and clamming area, the Long Beach Peninsula now also boasts whale watching, fishing charters (inland and ocean), hiking, boating & kayaking. Enjoy easy access to Cape Disappointment in the south end of the peninsula, Ledbetter Point on the north end, Willapa Bay, the Port of Illwaco and Fort Canby State Park in nearby historic Astoria right across the river.

Easy check in, really appreciated all the tools in the kitchen, lots of family games. Very cute house in a very cute town and scoopers market right up the street has incredible fudge!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The living, dining and kitchen connection made for great group space. Communication with owner was spot on. Very pleased with our stay and certainly would consider a repeat visit.
Everything was great. I did have to dig under a few layers to realize that there is an extra charge for over 4 occupants. House was a bit rough (Hot water to the right? Smoke detector battery dead?) but met our expectations. Communication with owner was prompt. Location, location, location!
This cottage is located a block off the main drag in Longbeach. It was surprisingly quiet for being so close to the shops and restaurants. If you are looking for an economical place to stay, with the beach, shops, and restaurants an easy walk away, this is the place.
Loved this place. Right downtown off the main street. Walking distance to the beach. The kids were able to walk to Funland by themselves. The house was very comfortable and clean. Just the right amount of space for 4 people and a dog. Glad it had a washer and dryer. Liked that the front yard was fenced and we could let the dog out without it running off.Would rent this place agian.
This house was great! Within walking distance to everywhere you want to go in Long Beach. Such easy access to the beach and downtown, we only had to walk a block or two to get to where we wanted to go in town. Also very comfortable with plenty room in the common area and comfy beds. A perfect getaway spot for families.
This cabin was great. 3 bedroom so we each had own room. Large kitchen table for games and meals. Great location. One block to stores and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Would love to stay there again.
The house was great for the price, and so cute! We loved being able to walk everywhere. The LB Tavern (awesome pizza), Fun Center (with laser tag), go karts, and a variety of places to eat. The beach is not a far walk, and driving on the beach was cool and new to us. Highly recommend!
second time renting your property. The location is great. The house is amazing. It was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely rent it again in the future. Just a side note, a user friendly toilet in the bath with just a shower would be great for older knees. HAHA. Just kidding all was great
This little beach house as perfect for our last minute end of summer trip. Kids loved being so close to the beach, I loved being able to make them sandwiches while we got take out from the surrounding restaurants. Close to everything we parked the car and didn’t get back to it until we left. Pictures and descriptions were accurate and beds were comfy. I love an old house so staying in a beach house from 1920s made the experience all the more fun.
We took my husbands special needs sister to Long Beach WA for her first time. She had a blast watching the sunsets, shopping and especially enjoyed the food. This house was perfect for our needs. Not too many stairs, and the night lights were the perfect touch for her night time trips to the bathroom. Perfect location and close to all the shops. It was nice being within walking distance of everything. Over all we had a great time and enjoyed out stay.
Great location! Plenty of parking. Walking distance to shopping, grocery store, restaurants, Scoopers ice cream and the beach. There were plenty of walking trails too. Inside was perfect size for the 5 of us. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. It was peaceful at night. We got lucky and had 2 1/2 days of great weather. The selection of streaming services was excellent for those days when stuck inside due to heavy rain. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.
Comfortable space in great location-perfect for traveling with pets
This is our second time staying at this home. I brought my dad, my aunt, my uncle, and our dogs. The yard is fenced. The home is comfortable, as are the beds. Close to the beach and to downtown Long Beach if you want to walk through town. We came for family time with our pets and to go clam digging. Having a place that lets us bring our dogs is what determines whether or not we travel. We will be back again. The host is easy to communicate with and eager to ensure our stay is comfortable. Very grateful for his hospitality and for offering a space for those with pets to enjoy time together.
The cabin was comfortable enough and the location was ideal. The kitchen is small but well-appointed and we had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. The beds were comfortable, and we slept really well on each of the six nights we stayed. There are a few really lovely original paintings in the cabin which was the best part of the decor for me. :)
The property was clean but did have a detectable dog odor which makes sense since it is a pet friendly rental. The yard didn't appeal to us as there is no privacy or inviting space to hang out. It is a decent dog run though! Our only real inconvenience was the lack of any place to unpack and store clothes and other belongings for the week.
I would recommend this cabin, particularly for short stays.
Seamless check in, very comfortable accommodation, great location, we liked having a separate house with a yard big enough for our group as opposed to the condos and tiny cabins that frequent the area.
This is a wonderfully clean, well-equipped, eclectic old house. Mind the door jams - other than the 1st little whoops on those, my sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Two huge bonuses: access to the beach straight across the road. Veer left from the parking lot and you get to the beach away from the crowds at the main (road) access, via the dunes trail. Second huge bonus: despite the weather forecasts, Noel arranged beautiful weather for us. We hated to leave!
