"This was a terrible experience. The apartment servicing company did not provide timely information on how to access the apartment. In addition, without my permission, they changed the address of the reservation in their e-mail. I suspect that was the root of the problem. Rather than waiting on the street for the digital access codes, I chose to go to a hotel. This was a very costly experience. I am fighting for a refund and getting nowhere but will notify authorities about these questionable...
