"Breakfast menu limited. No tea/coffee making facilities in room however staff very good when asked them for hot water late at night to make a drink. Staff very friendly and helpful. Roof top bar good with excellent views however, only one bar person on so service could be very slow at times and support needed for bar person. Rooms very spacious and hotel in good location "

"This was a great house for our group. Host was communicative, check in was seamless, beds were very comfortable. Upon arrival, I was a little uncertain of the neighborhood. I wasn't familiar with midtown, but I now understand that it's slowly transitioning. We had no issues. It was close to everything we wanted to do during our stay. "

"Modern, clean, had everything we needed for a few days during our first trip to Memphis. The TV room and arcade game topped it off for our teens (and us too!).Neighborhood is up and coming, but easy access to everywhere we wanted to go.Host was very responsive and gracious with our questions!Thank you!"

"Not the best stay. Unit described was not the unit I was place in. Multiple issues upon arrival that the host was unaware of. Clogged sink, broken door, dirty dishes. All problem were not fixed until the day before my checkout. If unit was as described would have been a 4.5 /5 And only deduction would be noise overnight from a nearby establishment."
