"Not the best stay. Unit described was not the unit I was place in. Multiple issues upon arrival that the host was unaware of. Clogged sink, broken door, dirty dishes. All problem were not fixed until the day before my checkout. If unit was as described would have been a 4.5 /5 And only deduction would be noise overnight from a nearby establishment."

"Host very nice and house is very clean and accommodating. Unload from street to back yard through gate. With our 2 small dogs, we had to watch for host’s 2 dogs if they were in the back yard before we could let ours out. Overall, nice stay, just we weren’t used to more dogs. "

The WiFi worked great; great WiFi it’s a must-have for modern times. The linens were clean, the house was clean. The place looked better in person compared to pictures. The yard is a great place to listen to the wind blow through the trees. The area was nice, easy access to anywhere in Memphis. The host (Steven) was amazing. I have to say he is the best host I’ve experienced on this app. He was communicative, the house had everything we needed. The level of detail put in, is top notch. "
