"Not the best stay. Unit described was not the unit I was place in. Multiple issues upon arrival that the host was unaware of. Clogged sink, broken door, dirty dishes. All problem were not fixed until the day before my checkout. If unit was as described would have been a 4.5 /5 And only deduction would be noise overnight from a nearby establishment."

Elizabeth and Mike are excellent hosts and make staying at the Magnolia House easy. Thank you for providing a very nice place to stay during our time in Memphis."

While the kitchen is a bit small and sparse for a house of this size, there's plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone's comfort and the game room (garage) and pool/hot tub were hits. The hosts were very responsive to our requests and general communication. If we return to Memphis, we'd definitely look to rent this house again! "

Well supplied kitchen items as well as bath items. The neighborhood is very quiet. Close to the zoo, Overton Square, Beale street, and 15-20 mins from Graceland. This was a cozy little spot. "
