"The property was beautiful! The house had great craftsmanship and was beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space for my wife, two kids, plus myself. We really enjoyed the space. The WiFi worked great; great WiFi it’s a must-have for modern times. The linens were clean, the house was clean. The place looked better in person compared to pictures. The yard is a great place to listen to the wind blow through the trees. The area was nice, easy access to anywhere in Memphis. The host (Steven) was amazing. I have to say he is the best host I’ve experienced on this app. He was communicative, the house had everything we needed. The level of detail put in, is top notch. "

"This was a great place for our group of 13. While the kitchen is a bit small and sparse for a house of this size, there's plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone's comfort and the game room (garage) and pool/hot tub were hits. The hosts were very responsive to our requests and general communication. If we return to Memphis, we'd definitely look to rent this house again! "

"We came up from Texas to visit family and spend time with our little grand baby. The property was very welcoming to my family and our pet. They were very prompt when contacted about anything. It is a small, beautiful, secluded location, close to many attractions. We were walking distance from the Zoo, which we should have taken advantage of, since parking at Zoo was expensive and limited. The neighborhood was in a nice, historic, and quiet location. You could see ocasional neighbors out walking pets in the mornings and evenings. The only sounds were a plane or fire truck, once in awhile. The hostess had snacks, plenty of visitor brochures, and both a fully supplied bathroom and kitchen. We had a very relaxing time and we stayed for 6 nights. All descriptions and instructions were point on, down to every detail. We will definitely be coming back! "

"The house is as described. It is a beautiful home. If I recall built in 1925… the home is full of charm. The house is old with character and beauty. The home was very clean upon arrival. Well supplied kitchen items as well as bath items. The neighborhood is very quiet. Close to the zoo, Overton Square, Beale street, and 15-20 mins from Graceland. This was a cozy little spot. "
