The toilet seat in the bathrooms was too thin and uncomfortable. It felt like you would sink into the bowl. This can be corrected by Holiday Inn. The food service was good but there were few options for vegans. Oatmeal would be a nice complement.

When Asst. Mgr is there things run great but on the days the kids (young staff) are in charge things are not good. 3 day breakfast was very good but 2 days breakfast was late, several items were limited or missing all together. Hu. Hotel
The staff was very nice and helpful, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the property itself was just okay. You can tell they’ve tried to make renovations, but some of the older parts still show through. It wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t great. Overall, would I stay here again? Probably ...

The Guest House at Graceland
Great experience. Clean rooms, nice pool. No shampoo in the rooms so either bring your own or you can buy in lobby gift shop. Constant security patrolling the parking area making it feel safe.

Memphis Riverline Hotel
There was a few items required in our room, which were brought up promptly. Valet parking was excellent. Breakfast buffet was great and very good customer service.

The Peabody Memphis
Beautiful hotel with great music in open areas. The hotel location is great… just walk to Beale street for music culture and food😊. If you enjoy multiple live music choices at your fingertips this is a spot for you.
