"When we arrived - check in was quick but the valet was not helpful even after asking for assistance. Booking through Hotels.com was significantly cheaper than booking directly with hotel. In room dining was okay. But our food arrive with no cutlery when we called it was quickly rectified. On day 2, we left for the (2pm) late afternoon/evening and left sign for housekeeping but no one came while we were out. Just had higher expectations. We wanted to try as usually we stay at the Chateau...

"Great location in the market area. I enjoyed my stay and really appreciated the fact that your hotel supplied free bottled wayee as needed, as that is extremely important to me. Also a wonderful place for walking to so many local sights. The room had a great view and was very comfortable. "
