"After knowing it had been my birthday the day before checking in and we were in a short trip as a family to celebrate, the lady checking us in was so kind as to upgrade our two double beds room to a 2 bedroom suite. The underground parking at the hotel was a bit expensive though."

"The hotel is very well located in downtown Ottawa. The area is surrounded by restaurants, bars and a big mall. Rooms (including mattress and pillows are of very good quality. Staff are gentle and professional and always eager to help. The swimming pool is ok."

"Rooms were very clean and spacious. Cleaning lady on the 6th floor was super friendly and helpful. Pool was nice for the kids. Def will stay again. Downtown seems to have a homeless problem but location was very convenient. No one bothered us."

"Beautiful hotel. However there was no valet parking available when we arrived. Very confusing. That was disappointing. Good location though. Staff were helpful and friendly."
