"hair blower broken but a member of the crew took pic and was supposed to fix the day after...stayed another 3 days and not fixed (problem when you have long hair). couldn t get the temperature below 25oc...was hot..beside that all was very good"

"It was good! Clean and all. At breakfast, I just didn’t like that the protein options were merely ham/pork and just one option of egg and cheese. So it is limited to that. Other snack options were available but it’s not high protein. If you like cereal or oatmeal. Other than that, love the fact that my room had a kitchen so you could cook if you didn’t want to eat out. Not bad at all."

"Checked me into a different room than what I booked, then overcharged me for it. After Expedia stepped in, they issued a refund but on the wrong credit card. No response when I ask for an accurate receipt and charge as this is a business trip. Last time I stay there, very unfortunate. This used to be a go-to."
