"The room was very clean & exactly as depicted in the pictures, the breakfast was good & the location of the hotel was excellent"

"The shower had a problem regulating the temperature, but it was a perfect stay other than that. I wonder if it is possible to have a few more electric chargers for electric cars? The parking was full the evening I arrived and then, the next day, the chargers were all full. This complicated my return to Montreal significantly, as Ottawa does not have a great supply of EV chargers."

"Love that it attached to the Rideau Mall! Sad that the hot tub was not working properly. Was really looking forward to a good relaxing soak. "

"The pool was too Small and quality of water decieving. It was Well located near By Market. Easy to Wall to/from main places. Clean room but noisy heat pump. Breakfast served on paper plates et wooden ustensils (cheap). All in all, it wasn’t expensive, so you got what you paid for."
