"1 night stay, I was late in checking out and called the front desk and they provided an extra hour which was appreciated. Great location in downtown Ottawa."

"Very friendly and helpful staff, it’s just that there was no couch or hide a bed for one of us (family of five) only two beds. The room shouldn’t have been offered as a choice for a family of five! In fact there were no rooms good for five people. The parking was also problematic as there were none available upon arrival. We encountered a big issue where to temporary park our rental car to unload our luggage, so we can check in. The location was great to see the attractions as it was close to many of these, but there were too many drug activities, people doing their business, passed out or messing around… not safe. Paid parking nearby, where we eventually parked, had broken glass from car break ins or beverage from homeless people. Hotel staff were kind and helpful. It’s just the the social issues and city conditions beyond their control that makes the area not the ideal place to have an enjoyable stay."

"Excellent staff. They were very nice. We had issues with our first room. Was put in a 2nd room the same day. It also had issues. We switched to a 3rd room the next day which was perfect. It was nice to have been given an upgraded room due to the issues. They were accomodating and understanding. We enjoyed the baths and the little fire area. We feel we received good value for what we paid. Would stay again even though there were some hiccups."

"One of the elevators was closed and not working for 3 days... so the only other elevator was very busy. There was no coffee in the lobby for two days so my husband had to ask for it..."
