We used the washers/dryers on floor 2 which worked well. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, all very tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful when we were forwarding our luggage to our next hotel. Great location, a short walk from the main rail station. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"Spacious rooms with full length window panel. Managed to see sunrise from the room. Toilet was clean but a bit old fashioned. Breakfast restaurants have very good view and a good vairiety of food. Overall, the stay at the hotel was fantastic for my family."

"Awesome Onsen. Quick check in. The two open air mineral baths were clean, comfortable and relaxing. The one with the huge lava rocks, natural greenery and small waterfall on the 5th floor was my favorite. On the 11th floor the afternoon and evening it was gently raining and sitting in the Onsen with rain coming down made me feel one with the rain and hot water. The food was awesome, a huge variety and more than I could eat. The room was traditional Japanese and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our 10th wedding anniversary at Yumotokan."
