"I never write a review but this hotel needed one. The place was not well managed. The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, and the soap in the shower did not work. The main problem is that I decided to take a weekend of rest at this place. Since we got there it had loud music the entire time, until 2:00am. We have three little kids and they couldn’t even fall asleep. After we complained at 11:00pm telling them the music is blasting and people are trying to sleep, they barely even turned it...

"This is a beautiful facility. However there is constant noise with large trucks driving by from 6:30 am to 7 at night. The music played one night til 5 am from a neighboring property. Food was top notch. All made fresh so be prepared to wait. Service for drinks was very slow."

"Me esperaba más de un hotel que cobra 1.1 MM la noche. La habitación no es acorde al precio. Parece mas habitación de un Motel que de un hotel SPA. Paredes sucias, piso deteriorado, muebles deteriorados y del baño sale olor a alcantarilla.
