"We have had the most amazing stay at Alpine Motel Arthurs Pass. Our host Fiona has been so lovely! She sorted an extra night accommodation for us, after snow canceled the transalpine train we were booked on. She provided us with a shovel so we could make Snowy the snowman and helped us out with anything we needed. Highly recommend this cosy home away from home."

"Lake Brunner Longhouse far exceeded our expectations! The facilities are standard and the room and bathroom are not huge, but they are more than adequate and spotlessly clean. The location is wonderfully rural, but only a few minutes drive from Moana. The service from Lisa was outstanding - so friendly and accommodating. The supplies were well above average, with adequate toiletries, a great coffee and tea selection, as well as excellent and generous Continental breakfast provisions. And all this for a great price. We are quite picky, but can highly and unreservedly recommend this B&B. "

"Lovely huge house nestled in the woods. Easy walking distance to Avalanche Peak and Devil's Punchbowl walking tracks. Be sure to use firewood from the woodshed, the outdoor wood is often wet."

"The perfect get away in Iveagh Bay. The house equipped with everything you need and works well. It had the most amazing view and decks to enjoy it. Great little touches, with milk, coffee pods and cookies for when we arrived. Highly recommended. We will be back! "

"The house was well presented in a good location. Good amenities and space for couples. Two out of the three couples we were with did mention that the beds were quite uncomfortable and it was hard to have a good nights sleep. So it could be worth checking the mattresses. Also it was quite a late check in time considered it is winter, when we arrived we all needed a hot shower due to being out on the river all day but still had to wait for the hot water cylinder to heat up after arriving at 4pm. That would be something to take into consideration. Would definitely stay again though, it served us really well. Thank you!"
