"This is an old, simple, clean motel. The rooms are adequate, outdated, clean, and very reasonably priced. It seems like many of the reviews here expect the Broadmoor for $65 a night. The free continental breakfast is simple but nice, and the staff is very friendly."

"Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable memory foam. Everything in the house was super clean and simple. Would recommend this house to anyone staying in La Junta area. Priced right for home size and location. Owner was great with communication as well. 10 out of 10. "

"The property was amazing! Very comfortable accommodating everything you needed. The biggest surprise is how wonderful the grounds were. There was a Koi fish pond, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit and hammock didn't get to enjoy it as much as I'd like to but I will add an extra day next time to do that A very wonderful Host, Kimberlie was amazing, very responsive, great instructions Anytime I need to go to Las Animas again, I hope this property is available because that's where I'm staying"
