"This motels is always clean. It has good air conditioning. We always need a 1st floor room. You have to ask for it by messaging or calling the motel directly right after you make the reservation if using online booking entity. There is plenty of parking."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. However, it would be great if they actually identified or made it clear where the office area is located. Their restaurant also advertises as being an Indian / Nepali food restaurant but in reality its your typical bar food. The room was clean but the number of outlets is seriously lacking and none by the night stand. The a/c wasnt working properly so in the Colorado summer heat, it wasnt great. Not terrible for one night as we were passing through but not great either."

"Kimberlie was an excellent host! She communicated very well and checked in from time to time to see if I needed anything. The studio suite and covered patio lounge were great for enjoying quiet evenings in. I loved staying here and would absolutely stay here again."

"The experience was mixed. We didn't expect an older motel in an older section of town. The room was a pleasant surprise: old and dated but very clean and comfortable. It was nice not to feel our feet stuck to the carpet, as often happens in these older places. The fridge had a real freezer that allowed us to refreeze our ice packs. An armchair with ottoman made a much more comfortable stay, along with a small table and two chairs. We couldn't get on the wifi but the shower was hot with good water pressure. The breakfast was minimal and I couldn't even grab a yogurt, as there were no spoons. But the staff was very pleasant. I wouldn't feel bad about staying here again"
