Kind honest and respectful people are running this motel. They did everything g in the power to help us and make our stay comfortable. When things didn’t work out they where right there to help me make it right and I will forever be grateful. See ya next year!!!!
Great check in, and I was happy to get a room that was easy to access. My room was clean and comfortable, although some updating is probably necessary. But considering the price, I felt I got a great deal.
Staff were very helpful, working hard to make this a pleasant and economical place to stay.
I did not like the TV channels, too complicated for an old man.
The property is right off the main road and near restaurants and fast food in walking distance. An older building, but a fair price. The room was nice and the bed helped me sleep very well.
I made my reservation because the rating was 8.5 on Expedia. The price was very inexpensive so I thought it was a hidden gem. But the room was not inviting. The
walls, ceiling and carpet in my room were in poor repair and needed cleaning.
The reception staff was great. Parking was good. I expected better because of the rating on Expedia of 8.5. I would give it a 4. I will not stay there again.
Pool and hot tub were closed, breakfast was not available, lobby smelled bad. Bed was comfortable.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It took a long time for the water to get hot, but it did and was fine.
We were told there would be breakfast starting at 6:00 am but no one was there and NO BREAKFAST!

I went in with low expectations and was completely satisfied. I needed a clean room for my friend and I to stay overnight in that was safe and where I could park my car without worrying. That's exactly what I got. There is a Holiday Inn Express and I believe a Hilton literally within eyesight of this hotel so if your expectations are higher those are also options.
Been coming here for years for our annual hunting trip. Never there for breakfast, so no comment regarding their food offering etc. They finished painting the hallways, which makes it look very nice. However, we were told the city was dragging its feet to clear the pool area for customers, therefore the pool was still closed (I believe for the last 3 years now). Other than that staff is aleays nice, and helpful.
A good news/bad news hotel. Good news, clean, quiet. Bad News - This facility is 20 years past due for a renovation. Cont. breakfast was very basic, even for a cont. breakfast. Towels were thin and dingy, Door latch was broken, light bulbs missing from lights. handle on sink can off. hole in wall poorly repaired. Won't stay there again.
Staff was not courteous, my bathroom was dirty and smelled like urine. And the next day two staff members were yelling, using vulgar language and it sounded like the were fighting up and down the hall. I had a 5 year old child with me. We were scared to go out into the hall during this time. When I told him we were leaving he refused to give me a refund. This was the MOST HORRIBLE experience I have EVER RECEIVED in a hotel or anywhere, for that matter!!! Do NOT stay here if you expect a good night's sleep, clean room or courteous staff!
