Amenities were great with the outdoor pool, extra pool towels for guests in the change rooms and outdoor dining tables in grassy areas with plenty of shade. The beach chairs were covered in sand however and outdoor food was not allowed at the outdoor dining tables. We would’ve enjoyed the outdoor area more if this weren’t the case. The linoleum floors in the room felt unclean and the window roller shade had squashed, dried bug remnants speckled all over. Garbage collected in the common areas easily but the staff seemed to clear this out quickly. Cleaning staff would always be out and about and they would ask for your room number as you passed and whether you wanted your room cleaned. Parkade was kept secured and very clean and there was ample space for parking.

Great outdoor heated pool and hot tub area. We didn't get to use the beach as it was too windy and chilly May long weekend. Restaurant was average. We brought our own breakfast and snacks. We found a few coffee places in town that were excellent but would have liked to have a coffee place closer to the hotel. There is coffee in the room though. It's walkabe to Lakeside Cellars.

The view from the pool and beach area is beautiful. We had a long drive to get to this destination and they allowed us to have access to the pool and other hotel amenities until our room was available for check-in. That was much appreciated. The rooms were clean, well kept, spacious and the bed was comfy. I would definitely come back.

As last-minute checkins, we hoped for a decent room with a comfortable bed. We received so much more! A gorgeous view of lake and mountains, a supremely comfortable bed, and even a small, well-appointed kitchen. Perfect for these weary travelers.

I have stayed here for the past 5 or 6 weeks on business. The rooms are awesome and the views and pool are fantastic. I have to say I look forward to check in the most as Winnie is great at her job and always makes you feel welcome. She remembered who I was and now calls my by name. She is very knowledgeable in the area as well. Keep up the good work. I wouldn't stay anywhere else now.
