The room was not clean. Spiderwebs full of bugs along the ceiling, lots of dust along baseboards and blood and pee on the toilet seat when we arrived. The pool hand piles of sand on the bottom and the hot tub seats were slimy and also had lots of sand on the bottom. We lasted only a couple minutes in there because it felt very gross. The breakfast was great and front desk staff were very friendly.

It's a 5 min walk to the beach. There is a small amusement park next to the hotel. It's not very noisy and didn't disrupt our sleep.

We stayed in the “honeymoon suite” for a couple of nights. Loved our room. The most comfortable king size bed EVER!! The jacuzzi tub was lovely as well. The room and the entire hotel was clean and very quiet. The only suggestion I would have is that the lights above the tub have a dimmer switch. We didn’t use the indoor pool or hot tub but it was set up like a resort with rolled up towels on lounge chairs and a beautiful mural on all the walls and lots of windows. The hotel also offers free self serve breakfast of muffins, cereal, yogurt, fruit and prepared hot items. The property is right next to Rattlesnake Canyon which has mini golf, bumper boats, etc (which was closed for the winter obviously) but would be awesome in the summer. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, conveniently located hotel in Osoyoos.

We like staying at here, it has a wonderful morning breakfast that changes every morning weekly. This time we got a room with a jetted tub it was quite scaled up with hard water scale causing the drain to leak and the water was a weird brown yellow color and had a strange film and a bunch of (not our hair) in the jets. The faucets in the bathrooms and drains all need descaling from hard water build up. Otherwise like I said we love this establishment 😊👍
